Reviewing Orders:

​

Whilst shopping with us you can review what's in your shopping cart at any time. Simply click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the page and you can view what you have added. You can also view current and past orders in the "My Account"

        .

Confirmation of Your Order:

​

Once your order has been received you will receive an automatic email confirmation summarizing your order. 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification email with the shipping reference number and tracking details.

Shipping:

​

There is a flat fee of $10.00 plus GST for shipping within New Zealand. Orders for Waiheki Island and Great Barrier Island will be delivered to the Auckland Freight link Depot for collection. 

​

Delivery Times:

 

Orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday and deliveries will be made during normal business hours. You should allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

If you haven't received your order within this timeframe you can check on the progress of your delivery using the tracking number emailed to you, by checking the My Account icon          if you have set this up, or by contacting us on 022 0782 186 or emailing .

Changing or Cancelling an Order:

​

Once an order has been accepted and payment made, it cannot be changed. Depending on whether the order has been processed and shipped you may be able to cancel the order by calling us on 0220 782 186 or completing the contact us form. Please note, we will always do our best to accommodate your request but you may be liable for additional freight costs to return any items purchased in error. Please refer to our returns policy.

Returns Policy:

​

Please choose carefully as we do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase. Please see "Goods Damaged in Transit" for information on what to do if goods arrive damaged.

Goods Damaged in Transit:

​

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us on  or 0220782186 within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the goods on receipt of photos of the damaged good. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of delivery we may not be able to claim the cost from the shipping company so it is important to check your goods as soon as they arrive.

My Account:

​

Save time for future orders by setting up your own account under the "My Account" icon        .

This will also enable you to check the status of your order, track your goods and download a copy of your tax invoice.
